Memorial Union Catering General Manager
Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Catering Operations Director, this position provides management of on and off site catered events for Memorial Union, while supporting Union South and other Wisconsin Union and Campus buildings. Receptions range from 10 to 1500 guests, with ballrooms and multiple event spaces, with up to 800 patrons for a single banquet. Provide supervision of permanent staff and part time staff. Assist to develop food, wage and material costs for a budget of approximately $3 million.
