Job Description Plans, directs and coordinates all activities of the retail outlets, catered events, and event planning. Provides services to visitors as well as hospital team members. Contributes to the development of department policies and procedures to provide administrative direction for menu formation, food preparation, distribution and service, budgeting, purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices, staffing and staff development.
