Job Summary/Basic Function: About the position:Hire, train, supervise and evaluate full-time, part-time and student employees in the set-up and tear-down of catered functions, as well as execution and supervision of said events, in the Bolger Conference Center, other campus buildings and off-campus sites.A Food Service Supervisor 1 must establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees.
