Catering Manager
Job Description: Manage all aspects of Campus Catering, including catered events held in other University facilities as well as daily operations at the Commissary. Coordinate and plan multiple annual events held on and off campus with Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Enrollment, Students Groups, external corporate clients and guests. Event size range from 10-5,000 people. Develop, train, schedule and monitor exempt, non-exempt staff, students and temporary staff on customer service and serving techniques, related to Campus Catering. Work with catering chef to develop catering menu offerings as well as any specialty menus. Maintain records and photos of campus events for use as a reference in the future.
