Catering Chef Manager
Job Description: With general supervision from the Director of Catering and Campus Executive Chef, the Catering (Executive) Chef Manager provides oversight and is ultimately responsible for the culinary direction for the Catering Department. The successful candidate will bring novel, on-trend, sustainable, national and international concepts to the University. The candidate will understand flavor development and presentation and incorporate these skills into large and small events. The candidate will exercise a global palette when developing concepts, utilizing locally sourced products when possible and available. The Catering Chef Manager will provide education, guidance, and counsel to all catering culinary staff to ensure successful implementation of the departm
