***THIS IS A CIVIL SERVICE UNIT POSITION***The Grounds/Fleet/Custodial/Events Planner uses a Computerized Maintenance Management System (MMS) to assist with job planning, scheduling, inventory and daily workflow for Grounds/Fleet/Custodial/Events crews. This position will work directly with our maintenance crews to support campus operations and respond to problems on campus.Essential Functions:1. (30%) Develop, implement, manage, maintain, and update computerized maintenance management system (Tririga) for work tasks, equipment files, parts management, preventive maintenance, and purchasing for assigned crews.
