This person works with catering clients to plan and design catering menus (such as breakfasts, lunches, dinners, beverage service, etc.). Input into CaterPlus all orders except those handled by the Sales Associate 2. The Lead Sales Associate will handle record keeping of employee attendance reports, FTE reports and Sales ledgers. The job requires this person to be innovative and able to work independently. Also, it requires good public relations skills & phone skills. This job is important because this person contributes toward the goal of $1.7 million + in revenue. This person must be a problem solver, because they cover for the manager, in regard to customer issues, when the manager is away. Ultimately this person frees the manager to deal with generating more business
