Job Description The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for multiple on-call/temporary positions at Three Leaf Catering in our campus Hospitality department. The UOES division oversees the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations.

Banquet Server - $17.50/hr The Banquet Server is responsible for executing a variety of banquet events across campus all in alignment with Three Leaf Catering's established methods and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize catering equipment
Set buffets and guest tables for functions as per direction of the Banquet Captain or Lead Banquet Server
Participate in equipment and food removal following meal service
Professionally serve banquet functions; serving food, pouring beverages, and handling special requests of guests
Assist with maintaining buffets, coffee breaks, break out sessions, plated meals and casual continental buffets
Keep work area and equipment clean and in good working condition
Banquet Bartender - $17.50/hr As a Bartender with Three Leaf Catering, you will have the opportunity to serve beverages in a variety of locations and work various types of events across campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare drinks for guests in a fast-paced environment
Monitor/stock bar supplies
Assist with setting up/tearing down events
Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to guests
Assist catering team as needed (working events such as buffets, served meals and receptions)

Qualifications
(For Bartender position ONLY) Must be eligible to obtain a valid Indiana Bartender's license
Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
Positive, respectful, and committed to the schedule you create
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Pay Rate for both positions: $17.50/hr + tips
