Job Description:Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Reservations within the Student Life Events & Conferences, the Reservations Manager oversees the intake of University Catering orders for events across campus as the first step in producing high-quality, successful events for clients; this person ensures outstanding services to customers looking to book events with the Student Life Events & Conferences Team; generates revenue-producing business by selling food and beverage services, catering and other specific needs for events and conferences across campus; fosters new business by following up on leads and keeping up to date on current inquiries; creates proposals and contracts; serves as subject matter expert for event reservation needs for University
