PRIMARY PURPOSE/GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Following directions with a function sheet, floor plan and supervisory directions, the Catering Wait Staff assists with the set-up of College events; serves food and clears tables at College events; and assists with maintaining catering supplies and equipment.
