Supervise catering operations. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising support staff and student employees; transporting food items for catered events and special meals; and menu planning. Oversee set-up, servicing, preparation, and clean-up of catering events. Communicating with customers to ensure successful events.

High school diploma plus three years catering, hospitality, or restaurant experience; equivalent experience considered. Excellent customer service skills essential. Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate staff members. Basic computer skills required. Food handlers permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Must have a valid driver's license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.

Supervisory, event planning, food preparation, and display experience. ServSafe certification.
