Meeting & Event Planner
You will report to the Sr. Manager of Events, and your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with on all aspects of operations and logistics for USGIF’s in-person and online meetings and events, helping to coordinate pre-planning, execution, and post-event wrap-up. In-person: Helping deploy event specifications with hotels, venues and vendors for activities that may include F&B, AV temporary staff, travel/transportation, housing, and security. Assisting the team in executing USGIF’s exhibitor and sponsorship strategy including helping fulfill partnership packages. Managing registration process for some event to include set up of registration and housing sites, responding to registrants’ questions, maintaining accurate reporting of financial
