Job Description: The Catering Event Supervisor prepares for events in accordance to the Banquet Event Order. Ashland University Catering serves a large variety of events from 10 guest lunch meetings to 300 guest off-premise weddings and everything in between.Leads wait staff and bartenders during the event, including assigning set up tasks, sections, and clean up tasks and ensures that all details of the BEO are met.Responsible for overseeing food safety and food quality.Oversees bars and bartenders.Schedule varies week to week depending on events.
