From small symposia in Washington, DC, to large-scale conferences in Rio de Janeiro, MaestroMeetings leverages its competencies in site selection, contract negotiation, and on-site event management to adapt to our partners' needs.  Position Overview: MaestroMeetings (MM) is seeking an event coordinator who will work with several clients coordinating events and programs, facilities rental, and event production. The Events Coordinator will be in charge of sales, planning, promoting and executing facility rental and internal event activities for th
