The Café at The Brookwood Community is now hiring a General Manager to be responsible for the operational execution of the Café. Applicants must have strong communication skills, be a team leader that can drive specific behaviors and able to make quick business decisions. Candidates must demonstrate a professional demeanor during periods of high volume and special events. Duties may include allocating reservations, supervising staff; maintaining a high standard of guest relations and following the procedures regarding cash management. Successful candidates will manage with integrity, honesty and provide coaching to the restaurant team. We prefer to have applicants with at least 5 years or more of experience in food service management.
