Position Summary Manages the development and implementation of sales, marketing and conference service strategies for the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center and Kellogg Catering; maintains and details all accounts and generates new business for designated market segments, including upselling of guest rooms and banquet events; negotiates guest room rates, meeting room rentals and banquet events to achieve budgeted revenues; details all meeting and banquet events to assist clients, including room set-up, food & beverage, audio-visual, and other guest requests; solicits and secures new business for the hotel/catering to achieve/exceed all budgeted revenues via networking and outside sales calls using various resources; researches and completes all sales actions for designated mar
