Your day.

As a Caterer Lead, you need to know how to:

• Schedule and review daily catering events for deliveries to proper locations. Communicate with departmental line to ensure success for catered event.


• Ensure set ups and clean ups are done in a timely manner.


• Prepare all catering equipment.


• Coordinate with cook to establish hot food arrangement and timing. Assist in preparation of cold food items.


• Clean equipment and work area.


• Ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any malfunctions.


• Ensure food is being handled and stored to Hazardous Analysis of Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines.


• Organize catering events, pulling weekly catering menus and working with chef on procurement, invoicing, decorations, and risers.


• Coordinate directly with customer for set up and menu.

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• Previous food service and customer service experience, required


• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred


• At least three (3) years of catering experience, preferred


• Hazardous Analysis of Critical Control Point (HACCP) training to be obtained after hire
