Job Description: Mount Saint Mary's University is a member of and Administrative Services Provider for the Women's College Coalition (WCC), which was founded in 1972 with the mission to transform the world through the education and success of women and girls. The WCC serves member colleges and universities in the United States by conducting collaborative research; introducing women and their families to women's colleges through admissions advocacy programs; and bringing together women's college leaders to collaborate and to explore the issues in higher education today. Mount Saint Mary's University, as the Administrative Services Provider for the WCC, seeks a communication and project manager to support, strengthen and represent the WCC organization during a period of strategic planning and growth. The communication and project manager serves as the point of contact with the WCC, working closely with member institutions and WCC partners. The manager will create and execute effective communication strategies to advance the Coalition and will oversee the WCC website and social media presence. The communication and project manager will also work closely with the WCC director in the implementation of strategic priorities to meet the needs of member institutions, including but not limited to research projects related to the advancement of women's colleges. This position reports to Emerald Archer, Director of the Women's College Coalition and Director of Mount Saint Mary's University Center for the Advancement of Women, and is based in Los Angeles at the Doheny campus of Mount Saint Mary's University.
