EVENTS AND CONFERENCES MANAGER, Questrom School of Business, Executive Leadership Center

The Events and Conferences Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of larger-scale, school-wide, and external client events at the Questrom School of Business. This role will work with internal and external clients on a wide range of events and conferences held within the Hariri building, with involvement spanning from initial inquiry to final execution of the event and wrap up, including all steps in- between. This role will be imbedded within the Executive Leadership Center (ELC) and also serve as back up to ELC Program Managers as needed, to include both planning and delivery of ELC programing. B.A./B.S. degree required; excellent communication skills; the ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team-oriented environment; experience with Microsoft Office; and three to five years of relevant experience in program and/or event management. Weekends and evening hours are required.
