Position Summary Provide accurate and timely monitoring, systems improvement, database management, and implementation for all databases essential to the Career Services and Field Practice functions of MSPH. These databases include customized external vendor systems as well as in-house, proprietary systems using a range of coding languages. These include: internship and practice opportunities and lists of employers/practicum preceptors (Mailman CareerLink/GradLeaders), Scopes of Work, CEPH required practicum completion and evaluation, student compliance with inter-professional education, requirements and graduate employment outcomes (including use of Excel and Qualtrics), alumni networking databases. Project management of multiple, complex events and events calendars relevant to field practice, careers, and inter-professional education as well as implementing systems to track approximately 3000 student appointments per year; distribute surveys, analyze results, and create reports based on service utilization. Oversee the creation of accurate and detailed printed and online documentation and materials, using Excel, Word, mail merges, and basic graphic design skills, for both student and alumni review as well as for presentation and distribution to external stakeholders and other partners, including materials for career fairs, practicum fairs and other events, including event brochures, floor plans, attendance tracking records, and other materials. Manage data-sets of relevant fellowships and internships, handle requests for reciprocity in career services, and information regarding becoming a practicum site; accurately and courteously respond to student/alumni/visitor inquiries, including for students and alumni experiencing stress; and manage resource room, vendor relationships for supply/equipment ordering and contract renewals. Support the School's Career and Practice functions in their digital communications and materials development/distribution, including managing listserv subscriptions, as well as communications with other OE offices including the Dean's office. Participate in cross-departmental projects.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelors degree in computer science, management, communications or related fields or equivalent in education and experience.
- At least 2 or more years experience in data systems management.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to synthesize high volumes of data.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel (charts, macros, v-lookup, pivot tables) and facility with online database systems.
- Must be proficient in the use of large data sets and relational database.
Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in learning science, data analytics, behavioral or cognitive psychology, statistics, or a closely related field
- Prior experience in college or university setting; experience with program/project management, events management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with LinkedIn preferred.
