Participation in major fundraisers
Participation in volunteer committees
Coordinating logistics for community partner events
Coordinating third party fundraisers
"Face" of the organization at off-site events
Leader of volunteer engagement
Leader of Community Partner engagement
Follow strong ethical practices
Day to day tasks include- some data entry, answering phones, customer service, volunteer leadership and organization
Weekly tasks include- ordering supplies, ordering lunches for committee meeting, and volunteer day
CRM database experience (Raisers Edge preferred)
Communicates regularly with volunteers on third party events
Prepares planning meetings, run of show, and debrief of third party events
Education and Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor's Degree required
Project Management experience required- at least 5 years
Development and fundraising experience required- at least 5 years
CRM database experience required
High energy personality required
Event Coordination required
Blackbaud experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong ability to follow through
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
Strong attention to detail
