ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR, School of Social Work, Finance Administration

The BU School of Social (SSW) is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide support to both Assistant Director of Finance & Administration (F&A) and the Assistant Director of Programs & Projects (P&P). This position is a new hybrid of grant support & coordination along with administrative coordination & support which will blend managing the day to day activities of the Center and core faculty/staff with responsibilities spanning; pre & post awards, reconciliation, reporting, administration, planning, implementing, event organizing and catering. Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse constituencies required. Personal interactions with community representatives, students, faculty, and school administrators are a key component of this position. Ability to take initiative to follow up on open tasks in a timely manner, multi-task in a faced paced environment and ability to manage interruptions with a positive demeanor a must.

Education: Required Associates Degree, Preferred Bachelor's Degree Experience: 1-3 years previous experience
