You would assist with AEI’s donor events from the strategic planning phase through execution, working with a top-notch team to develop event concepts and bring them to fruition.
The ideal candidate will be happy in a fast-paced, demanding, team-oriented environment and also comfortable taking initiative and working independently. Day-to-day responsibilities include database management, metrics analysis, event invitations, managing guest RSVPs, and supporting event logistics and execution. These responsibilities require strong writing and communication skills; the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities; and a forward-looking, proactive, efficient, and results-focused mindset.
