•Maintains and enhances report automation efforts for the Sales Department and prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as needed. •Responsible for accurate and timely incentive tracking for Sales, Catering, and Convention Services on a quarterly basis, with regular monthly updates for managers. •Effectively manages Delphi by ensuring all data is correctly entered. Creates parent accounts, joins accounts and ensures the database is accurate. •Works cooperatively with Accommodations and Finance to ensure accuracy between Delphi and LMS interface. •Effectively tracks and calculates production as it relates to quarterly sales incentive plans. Maintains Sales Manager productivity spreadsheets and ensures attrition and cancellation are being tracked and reconciled. •Effectively prepares month end reports and ad hoc reports to the Director of Sales. •Continually audits and monitors accuracy of deposits, posting revenue, average checks, banquet checks, commissions, room blocks, UDF tracking and pick up. •Enters daily pick-up from LMS into Delphi and tracks revenue for accuracy. •Acts as the Delphi gatekeeper for new definite bookings generated by the sales team; processes all turnovers. •Follows the appropriate corrective resolution process; notifies IT when a problem is detected and acts as liaison between IT and vendor (Newmarket).
•High School Diploma /G.E.D. required. College Degree in a related field is preferred. •Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Delphi. •Previous experience in Hotel Sales, Finance and/or Reservations required. •Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills are required with strong attention to detail. •Must have extensive knowledge of Market Vision, Crystal reports and/or SSRS reporting. •Must be able to multi-task. •Must maintain a high level of confidentiality with reporting. •Must possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and other advanced features. •Written communication skills are essential.
