This Senior Catering Manager is a leader in driving top line performance, effective goal setting and execution of effective action plans to deliver Member satisfaction, creativity in designing events, excellent relationship building, managing the detailing process and a commitment to provide our Membership with an experience to exceed expectations. Responsibilities for this position will also include implementation of established banquet goals and promotion techniques; coordinating with the Executive Chef and Beverage Manager to ensure profitable bookings; managing the pricing policy of the Club; executes vendor contracts. Required: •2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years’ experience in Private Clubs in private dining or related professional area . OR
•4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience Private Clubs in private dining or related professional area.
